A: Working principle
Air DryerIt is based on the principle of refrigeration and dehumidification, using a fully enclosed compression refrigeration system to cool and reduce the temperature of the compressed gas discharged by the air compressor, so that a large amount of saturated water vapor and oil mist condensed droplets contained in it are separated into steam and water and discharged by an automatic drain. The saturated compressed gas at a higher temperature enters the pre cooler of the refrigeration dryer, where it exchanges heat with the dry and cold gas from the evaporator. After the temperature is reduced, it enters the evaporator of the refrigeration system and undergoes a second heat exchange with the refrigerant vapor, so that its temperature drops to near the evaporation temperature of the refrigerant. During the two cooling processes, the water vapor in the compressed gas condenses into liquid water droplets and enters the gas water separator with the airflow. The separated liquid water The dry compressed gas with lower temperature is discharged outside the machine through an automatic drain and enters the pre cooler, Heat exchange is carried out with the newly entered wet saturated gas to increase its own temperature, thereby obtaining a dry compressed gas with low moisture content (i.e. low dew point) and low relative humidity at the exhaust port of the refrigerated dryer. Precautions for using a refrigerated dryer
Power on
1. Turn on the main power switch on the left side of the chassis, and the air pressure digital display shows atmospheric pressure of 110pk;
Press and hold the main switch on the control panel for more than three seconds, and the temperature display will show the actual temperature of the cold trap;
3. Start the refrigeration machine and pre cool for more than 30 minutes;
Place the sample into the sample rack, cover it with an organic glass cover, and start the vacuum pump;
After the pressure digital display stabilizes, record the temperature and pressure values.
shutdown
1. Record the temperature and air pressure values before shutdown;
Press and hold the inflation valve on the control panel, and immediately turn off the vacuum pump;
When the pressure display shows atmospheric pressure, open the organic glass cover and take out the sample;
4. Turn off the refrigeration unit, press and hold the main power switch for more than three seconds, and finally turn off the main power switch;
After the ice in the cold trap has completely turned into water, open the water outlet valve on the left side of the chassis to release water, clean the inner wall of the cold trap with a dry cloth, and cover it with a large filter paper to prevent dust.
precautions
The preparation of samples should maximize their surface area and should not contain any acidic or alkaline substances or volatile organic solvents;
The two samples must be completely frozen into ice, and any residual liquid will cause gasification spray;
3. Note that the cold trap is about minus 65 degrees Celsius and can be used as a low-temperature refrigerator, but it must be operated with insulated gloves to prevent frostbite;
